Beth's roots run deep in the Lowcountry.She grew up in Mount Pleasant, graduated from the College of Charleston, and her parents still live right down the street from Advanced Window Fashions’ office!After spending years away in Washington, DC, Columbia, and the metro Atlanta area, Beth has returned, bringing with her over ten years of expertise in window treatments. While living in Georgia, Beth earned a second degree, graduating magna cum laude from Georgia State University with a BFA in Interior Design.She worked her way through school while running her own window treatment business, specializing in blinds and shutters initially, and then expanding into soft treatments and all phases of design while completing her studies.Her design credentials include kitchen and bath design, space planning, finish selection, and extensive work in the history of design, architecture and furniture.She takes a great deal of pride and pleasure in adding to the comfort, functionality and beauty of a home through assisting her clients in the thoughtful selection of the right window treatment for each application. Beth is also the proud mother of Sam and Grace.She is a huge sports fan and loves to cheer on the Georgia Bulldogs, SEC football (most of the teams anyway) and whatever sport is in season for her children.
