Hi! I'm Nancy McCrae and I just wanted you to know a little about me before we meet.
I'm a Hunter Douglas Certified Installer, Silver Level graduate of the Hunter Douglas Window Fashions Institute and a graduate of Hunter Douglas Alliance Certified Customer ServiceTraining. I am well trained in the complex Hunter Douglas products we carry and can help you with even the most difficult window treatment design. I can also ensure you get the correct operational controls to best suit your lifestyle, which will enhance the beauty these treatments create for many years of enjoyment.
I enjoy working with people and educating them on the different products to make the decision making easier with their window treatments. What is rewarding in what I do? To see the finished product in my customer’s home, the look of joy on their faces when the project is complete and the value and personal attention they feel they have gotten from our time together.
In my spare time, I am like any other mom in today’s world. I enjoy spending time with my family, taking my 2 girls (ages 6 and 10) to their events at school, community sports or just to their friend’s house for a play date. I also enjoy baking (sweets are my speciality), so ask me for a recipe or two when we get together.
